Razvan Dragu is a metals and minerals specialist with over two decades of hands-on experience across the global mining and smelting supply chain. As Founder and CEO of Finelbe Inspect BV, he has built a reputation for delivering independent, technically rigorous inspection, sampling, and analytical oversight services to miners, traders, and smelters operating in some of the world’s most complex commodity environments. His career spans Europe, Africa, Latin America, and Asia, with operational exposure from mine sites to major ports and metallurgical complexes. Razvan’s expertise is rooted in the fundamentals of weighing, sampling, and assaying (WSA)—areas where small deviations can translate into significant commercial risk. He is known for his uncompromising stance on sampling integrity, frequently challenging poor industry practices and advocating for strict adherence to international standards such as ISO 12743 and ISO 10251. Before founding Finelbe Inspect, Razvan held senior technical and operational roles within leading organizations, including ALS Inspection UK and Nyrstar, where he led weighing, sampling, and assaying frameworks across European operations. This combination of laboratory, field, and logistics experience allows him to bridge the gap between theory and real-world execution—particularly in high-pressure environments such as vessel load/discharge, rail logistics, and smelter intake systems. Through Finelbe Inspect, Razvan promotes a philosophy of “boots on the ground” inspection—deploying experienced inspectors who understand not just procedures, but the consequences of getting them wrong. His work often involves auditing sampling systems, designing fit-for-purpose sampling protocols, resolving commercial disputes, and supporting due diligence for critical mineral supply chains. In parallel, Razvan founded Finelbe Laboratory Construct, a specialized arm focused on the design and construction of chemical and metallurgical laboratories. Dr. Divaldo Rezendehas wide experience on environmental planning, climate change, carbon sequestration projects and sustainable development. Actually, he is an international independent consultant for Environment and Sustainable Development. He has written Seven books on climate change issues and carbon markets. During his 40 years of experience, Divaldo has provided consultancy on carbon sequestration projects including forestry, carbon markets, renewable energies and sustainable development for several national and international organizations; such as the World Bank, UNDP (United Nations Program for Development), BID (Inter-American Development Bank), Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Environment, Federal/State Regulatory Agencies and several countries such Cape Verde, Portugal, UK, Africa and south America and others. He was the coordinator of the pioneering forest carbon sequestration Project in Brazil, the Bananal Island Carbon Sequestration Project (1998),which contributedto the development of several other carbon sequestration projects in Brazil. He was also conducting research at the LBA program, focusing on carbon stocks in ecotone areas. Along with the economist Stefano Merlin, he designed and developed the concept of Social Carbon. Dr Divaldo is one of the creators of the Social Carbon standard on the voluntary market www.socialcarbon.org and founder of Wilder www.wilder.earth He has been working as a senior manager in the Brazilian market, coordinating CERs negotiations generated by local projects, providing match-making services between investors abroad and local opportunities and other climate change solutions. Divaldo Rezende is an Agronomy Engineer graduating from the Federal University of Lavras (UFLA) and holds a Master’s in Rural Resources and Environmental Policy from the University of London – Imperial College. And a PhD in Economics and Biology from the University of Aveiro (Portugal).

Dr. Erfan Babaee Tirkolaee obtained a BSc. (2012) and MSc. (2014) in Industrial Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, Iran. Then, he received a Ph.D. degree (2019) in Industrial Engineering from Mazandaran University of Science and Technology, Iran. Dr. Erfan Babaee Tirkolaee is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Istinye University in Istanbul, Turkey. Meanwhile, he worked as a Quality Assurance expert in various automotive industries in Iran and completed different relevant training courses, including ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016. He has published more than 170 papers in high-quality journals, including IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Expert Systems with Applications, Waste Management, Journal of Cleaner Production, Computers & Industrial Engineering, and Annals of Operations Research. He has been serving as a chair, organizing committee member, and keynote speaker in several prestigious international conferences. Moreover, he is a reviewer in many reputed WoS/Scopus journals and has been recognized as a Top Peer Reviewer in 2 of the Essential Science Indicators research areas by Clarivate WoS. Dr. Erfan Babaee Tirkolaee is currently an Editor in different prestigious WoS/Scopus journals, such as IEEE Transactions of Fuzzy Systems (IEEE), Artificial Intelligence Review (Springer), Facta Universitatis, Series: Mechanical Engineering (University of Niš), and PLOS One (PLOS). He has also been serving on the guest editorial board in several journals, such as Annals of Operations Research (Springer) and Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence (Elsevier). Dr. Erfan Babaee Tirkolaee has been featured among the "World’s Top 2% Researchers/Scientists in 2021 - 2024" list identified by Elsevier BV, Stanford University.
